  • Your mobile information is shared only with the service providers listed in this policy (such as Twilio and Meta) as strictly necessary to deliver the messages you have consented to receive.
  • Message frequency varies based on your interactions with the business. Message and data rates may apply.
  • You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may also text HELP for assistance.

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive messages, you consent to receive SMS/MMS messages from the business you contacted through the Servi platform. Your consent is not a condition of any purchase.

AI & Voice Processing

  • Bland AI — Answers and places phone calls on your behalf. Processes call audio, generates transcripts, and extracts caller information.
  • Amazon Web Services (Bedrock / Anthropic Claude) — AI model provider used for call summarization, document generation, business research, and conversational assistance. Your business data, documents, and call information are processed by these models to provide our services.
  • OpenAI (Whisper) — Transcribes voice messages (e.g., WhatsApp audio) into text.

Communications

  • Twilio — Delivers SMS messages and facilitates WhatsApp messaging. Processes phone numbers and message content.
  • Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform) — Provides the WhatsApp messaging channel. Messages sent and received through WhatsApp are subject to Meta's Privacy Policy.
  • SendGrid — Sends email notifications, call summaries, and lead reports.

Infrastructure & Other Services

  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) — Cloud infrastructure for data storage, hosting, and processing. Data is stored in the United States.
  • Auth0 — Authentication and identity management.
  • Calendly — Scheduling demos and meetings.
  • Google Maps — Geocoding and location services for property research.

Each of these providers maintains their own privacy policies and security practices. We encourage you to review their policies. We do not sell your personal information to any third party.
